Circle Generation

Circle Generation supports networks and strengthens network leadership across Africa by equipping practitioners through capacity building, experiential learning, and thought leadership. Its work includes direct support for network leaders and organisations, learning journeys that foster relational leadership, and efforts to build a recognised professional field of network practice.

Small Foundation is supporting Circle Generation through a two-year partnership. This includes support for Small Foundation’s network partners and the expansion of Circle Generation’s leadership initiatives—such as the Bopa DiPeo Fellowship for African-based network leaders and the Network Leadership Series (NLS) for coordinators of networks, coalitions, and systems-change efforts.
