Small Foundation provided Open Capital with an investment to expand its work with local enterprises across the region and to launch a new business, Arcadia, focused on developing high-potential graduates into high-performing professionals and providing them to organisations through rotating placements. Small Foundation has additionally supported Open Capital to conduct ecosystem research.
