60 Decibels works with businesses and non-profits to help them learn from end-users of their services. They use mobile data collection, mostly voice, relying on a network of local researchers to reach end-users.

Small Foundation uses 60 Decibels to help learn about how some of our partners reach rural farmers, and to inform partners on their rural customers’ experience.
