Strengthening network leadership across Africa with Circle Generation
Small Foundation is excited to announce a new partnership with Circle Generation to support impact networks and strengthen network leadership across Africa. This collaboration is part of our ongoing commitment to advancing the practice of impact networks as a pathway to systems change.
Circle Generation equips network practitioners to be more effective and impactful through a combination of:
- Capacity-building support for network leaders and organisations.
- Learning journeys that introduce core concepts, build practitioner confidence, and deepen the skills needed to lead through a relational approach.
- A thought leadership agenda that advances a visible field of viable networks and professional practitioners.
Over the next two years, we will support Circle Generation to develop new network leadership capacity initiatives including the Bopa DiPeo Fellowship, designed to strengthen the network mindset and capabilities of network leaders based on the African continent, as well as those whose work is focused on Africa.
Reflecting on our partnership, Circle Generation said:
“We are grateful for our long-term relationship and all that has been co-created. Our partnership exemplifies how trust and mutual learning create generative conditions. We are looking forward to continuing to collaborate in shaping the field of network practice.”
