Next Generation Foresight Practitioners (NGFP) is an initiative of School of International Futures (SOIF), a not-for-profit consultancy that applies strategic foresight to help leaders make better long-term decisions. Launched in 2018, NGFP is a global network of nearly 600 practitioners using futures and foresight to drive positive change in their communities, from shaping conversations on food security in Nigeria to engaging at international forums such as COP27.
NGFP develops leadership, builds skills, and fosters collaboration across systems relevant to Small Foundation’s mission, including digitisation, governance, and rural futures. It amplifies next-generation voices and brings greater inclusivity to decision-making spaces.
Small Foundation first partnered with SOIF in 2020 to support the NGFP network in Africa.
