Delta40 is a venture studio focused on building and scaling early-stage companies across sub-Saharan Africa. Operating at the earliest stages of the venture lifecycle, the firm partners with founders from inception to develop businesses with stronger operational, financial, and institutional foundations.

The model combines capital with embedded technical and operational support, enabling ventures to address core early-stage needs such as product development, market validation, financial systems, governance, and go-to-market strategy. By engaging deeply at the company-building phase, Delta40 seeks to reduce execution risk and improve the quality of ventures entering the broader capital ecosystem.

In addition to venture creation, Delta40 leverages partnerships with corporates and ecosystem stakeholders to support distribution, accelerate commercial traction, and create clearer pathways to scale and follow-on investment.

Through this integrated approach, Delta40 aims to strengthen the early-stage pipeline in undercapitalised and fragmented markets, contributing to more resilient and scalable entrepreneurial ecosystems.
