The A&A Collective is a global community of junior to mid-level professionals working towards the growth of the African tech and investment ecosystem. The goal of the collective is to provide a space for young professionals in the investment space to connect, collaborate and learn from each other, ultimately accelerating their growth and career progression.
Small Foundation is supporting the A&A Collective through a one-year partnership to identify where and how their role in the African investment ecosystem can be strengthened through a network approach. Through this partnership, the A&A Collective is expanding its activities including industry deep dives, thematic working groups, industry placement opportunities, and networking opportunities.
