Entrepreneurial Ecosystems in Agriculture: The Impact of Successful Founders and How Decision Makers Can Support Them (Sep. 2021) sought to better understand the entrepreneurial ecosystems at play in agricultural value chains in sub-Saharan Africa and India. Building on recent segmentations of entrepreneurial ecosystems, and using case studies from value chains in Nigeria and Kenya, the research identified the varying evolution of entrepreneurship in the agricultural sector. The research puts forward a number of recommendations for decision-makers and other key stakeholders who support entrepreneurs in the agricultural sector.
