GanzAfrica

GanzAfrica is a human capital development organisation strengthening support for the next generation of agri-food systems leaders. GanzAfrica’s goal is to address critical issues for inclusive agri-food systems transformation across Africa. It drives the development of resilient food systems through its fellowship programme, accelerating the personal and professional development of young professionals through targeted training, work placement and mentorship. 

Small Foundation is supporting GanzAfrica through a one-year partnership to establish an alumni network to connect the fellows for life-long collaboration. This includes the development of network infrastructure, identifying a network coordinator, convening members, and building linkages with policymakers through meetings, workshops and networking events.
