4V Model tool for impact networks

Creative Metier’s 4V Model, launched in December 2023, offers impact networks and their funders a framework to accelerate their impact, drawing on Creative Metier’s work with national, regional and global networks. The model provides a diagnostic, a 360° view, and a fresh perspective to strengthen network performance and impact.

It supports networks to strengthen critical aspects of their work, inform strategic planning, identify and implement key priorities, and review and refocus their ambitions for what might be possible.
