The East African Philanthropy Network (EAPN) is a network of over 200 philanthropic organisations committed to promoting local philanthropy. It aims to influence the philanthropic ecosystem in East Africa, enhance philanthropic practices, and bolster the organisational capabilities of EAPN and its member institutions.

Small Foundation is supporting EAPN to engage with a network approach to explore opportunities for coordination between EAPN members and MSME networks to support knowledge exchange, investment opportunities and strategic interventions. EAPN aims to strengthen coordination across the MSME ecosystem by convening stakeholders, unlocking capital, de-risking investments, sharing research and knowledge, and collaborating to influence MSME policy infrastructure policy.
