Converge is recruiting an Africa-based network coordinator

Small Foundation’s thought partner, Converge, is recruiting an Africa-based network coordinator. The coordinator will be engaged for 18 months to support a network of network coordinators, the majority of which are Small Foundation partners, to advance real-time learning through practitioner-led conversations, as well as supporting communication and strengthening connections between network participants.

The network of network coordinators is a group of 20 network leaders, largely drawn from Small Foundation’s network portfolio, who are committed to advancing the field of network practice. The coordinator of this network will curate a space for members to connect, share and learn over the course of 18 months, in addition to establishing their own network practice alongside Converge through a paid mentorship.

The network coordinator role is designed for individuals that are comfortable with the network approach for systems change, including in meeting design and facilitation. Communication skills and the ability to manage multiple work streams are essential, as is the ability to develop leadership and a sensitivity in working across personal and professional cultures. The network coordinator must be comfortable in collaborating online, including outside of normal business hours.

More information on the position can be found here, with an application deadline of August 31st, 2022.
